Services
All sessions include personalized, integrated massage drawn from the following modalities. There is no additional cost for specific modalities like deep tissue or cupping therapy.-
Swedish massage uses long, flowing strokes and gentle pressure to relax muscles and calm the nervous system. Swedish massage is excellent for anyone looking to manage stress or facilitate deep relaxation and restoration.
-
Deep tissue massage applies sustained, focused pressure to the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue to address chronic tension, restricted motion, and postural holding patterns. The work is firm but always responsive to your body's feedback and muscular guarding.
-
Cupping uses suction (instead of compression) to decompress layers of fascia and muscle, drawing increased blood flow to congested or restricted areas. Cupping therapy helps to address deeper holding patterns and improve tissue mobility. Temporary discoloration may occur and is a normal part of the therapeutic response, typically resolving within 2-10 days.
-
Buccal massage is an intraoral technique that accesses the muscles of the jaw and inner cheeks. It is especially beneficial for clients managing TMJ, jaw clenching, teeth grinding, or chronic headaches. Work is performed with gloved hands and tailored to each client's comfort and tissue response.
-
Facial sculpting is a targeted massage technique that works the muscles of the face, jaw, and neck to release tension, improve circulation, and restore tone. It addresses the real muscular and fascial structures beneath the skin, making it both therapeutically grounding and visibly beneficial. Particularly useful for those who carry stress in the jaw or face through clenching, TMJ, or migraines.
-
Gua sha is a traditional Chinese technique in which a smooth-edged tool is used to apply short, repetitive strokes to the skin, creating increased microcirculation in the soft tissue beneath. It is particularly effective for neck, shoulder, and upper back tension, and has been shown to support the body's natural inflammatory and healing processes. Temporary redness at the surface is normal and typically resolves within a day or two.
-
Lymphatic drainage massage is a gentle, systematic technique designed to stimulate the movement of lymph through the body's lymphatic vessels. Using light, directional pressure, it supports immune function, reduces fluid retention, and aids the body's natural detoxification processes. It is particularly beneficial post-surgery, during illness recovery, or for those experiencing chronic puffiness or sluggishness.
